This is my favourite place for wonton noodles in Hong Kong! A must-eat during every visit to HK!!
Although the servings are smaller as compared to other noodle establishments, the noodles being served here are really springy and tasty and are made using duck’s eggs instead of chicken’s eggs. The soup stock is also very tasty!
I seem to have misplaced the pictures of the wonton noodles taken during my previous visits. The picture below was from my latest trip to HK where I decided to have something extra with my wonton noodles! (^o^)
Wonton & Beef Brisket Noodles in Soup (牛腩雲吞麵) – Yumm!! There were actually 4 wontons in there.
Dumpling Noodles in Soup (水餃麵) – Unlike wontons which are filled with a whole shrimp, these dumplings are filled with pork, shrimp, mushroom, black fungus and bamboo shoot. More ingredients means a burst of flavours when you put each dumpling into your mouth. Tasty!!
