I have always loved this rojak stall which is one of the old-time favourites in Singapore and there is always a queue no matter what time of day you patronise it.
I was passing by the area in the late afternoon and decided to buy some home for dinner.
Their rojak sauce has the right mix of ingredients to make it taste great! I especially like that this is one of the rare few rojak stalls in Singapore that still includes jellyfish as one of the ingredients in the rojak mix. Fruit slices like mango are also added to give a slightly sour dimension to this dish.
Noticed that many customers had an extra order to add a century egg to their rojak. I’ve never tried that combination before – perhaps I’ll give it a go next time…
