Annie’s Peanut Ice Kachang

**UPDATE**  Annie’s Peanut Ice Kachang has since moved again and re-opened on 20th Oct 2014 at:
Taman Jurong Market and Food Centre, 3 Yung Sheng Road, #01-01, Singapore 618499.

———————————————————————————————————————————————
The Tanjong Pagar Plaza Market & Food Centre is currently undergoing renovation works, which won’t be completed until 1st Quarter 2014. Fans of Annie’s Peanut Ice Kachang who are wondering where to get their ice kachang fix, fret not as it has since moved to the Ghim Moh Market & Food Centre.

If you’re still wondering whether it really is THE stall, see if you can recognise this lady…

Mmm…wonderful on a hot humid day! I’ve always liked this shaved ice concoction with a twist as normal ice kachang doesn’t come with peanuts, plus overall it isn’t too sweet.

I asked if the stall will move back to Tanjong Pagar when the renovation works have completed and was told it would stay put here. So fans of this dessert stall, do take note of its new location!

Address:
Ghim Moh Market & Food Centre
Blk 20, Ghim Moh Road, #01-35,
Singapore 270020.

Opening Hours:
Mon – Thu: 07:30 – 19:30
Sat: 08:00 – 18:30
Sun: 08:00 – 17:00

  1. Wow! Thanks for sharing! I live at Tanjong Pagar but am often in the west so I’m going to go look for her 🙂

    • Yes, so glad I found it! Do you happen to know where the fish maw soup stall, which was next to Annie’s, has moved to?

      • This is a little embarrassing but I have no clue that that stall was a fish maw stall! I thought its fish soup or something or the other and usually don’t take a second look. Whoops 🙂 Is it really good? There used to be so much yummy and cheap food there. if I go see Annie I’ll ask her and let you know! Btw I just heard this morning that the market will reopen on Jan 1st!

      • Yes, that was one of my favourite stalls! Loved their chilli which had lime in it! I forgot to ask Annie about it the other day…

Yikes! One of my friends just told me that Ghim Moh Market & Food Centre will be closing next June for renovations. Looks like Annie might be moving again…
