Christmas at S.E.A. Aquarium (2013)

Christmas at S.E.A. Aquarium certainly was interesting…

I arrived at the Shipwreck Habitat (located at the Strait of Karimata & Java Sea section of the aquarium) and found Santa Claus waving at me! Umm…correction – it was a Scuba Santa! ^_^

He didn’t stay long and bade farewell soon after. Gosh…this was my first time seeing a scuba diving Santa Claus – it was surreal!!

Further in at the Strait of Malacca & Andaman Sea section, there was a Christmas tree in one of the tanks!

It was really crowded at the aquarium so I couldn’t get a good unobstructed view of the entire tank.

Here’s the view from the back:

A few hours later, Santa reappeared at the Open Ocean Habitat.

He was striking some poses for the camera happy crowd.

In this next shot, does he look like he’s talking to the fish? LOL…

Time to wave adieu again…

Loved the wacky idea of having a Scuba Santa at the aquarium! Ho ho ho!…
